Hon. Erin Haggerty Antonietti

Judge Erin Haggerty Antonietti has more than seven years of experience serving in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Following her judicial appointment by the Illinois Supreme Court, Judge Erin Haggerty Antonietti was elected by the voters to her current six-year term. She is currently assigned to the Sixth Municipal District.


Prior to becoming a judge, she gained valuable trial and courtroom experience during her twenty-eight-year legal career. In 1991 she earned her law degree from De Paul University College of Law after graduating from St. Mary’s College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1988.

Judge Erin Haggerty Antonietti is a member of the Illinois Judges Association, the South Suburban Bar Association and the Brehon Judges Association. She serves on the South Suburban College Law and Paralegal Studies Advisory Board. She is a volunteer with the Missionaries of Charity soup kitchen and Special Olympics.
