Legal Experience
Prior to becoming a Judge, Judge Lubin was an Assistant Public Defender for 17 years.

Judicial Experience
Judge Lubin was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court in January 1991 and elected in 1994.  His initial assignment was the 1st Municipal District handling civil and criminal matters.  Since April 1991 Judge Lubin has worked in the Juvenile Justice Division hearing delinquency matters.

Education
Judge Lubin graduated from Niles Township High School – East Division.  He received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Illinois.
