Judicial Experience: Judge Brennan is currently assigned to a Mechanics Lien courtroom. In his over eleven years on the bench, Judge Brennan has presided over thousands of bench trials, jury trials and contested hearings. Judge Brennan has heard cases in a variety of courtrooms, including civil trial calls, bond courts, domestic violence calls, an emergency civil order of protection call, felony trial calls, felony preliminary hearing calls, and misdemeanor trial calls.
