Judge Carl Anthony Walker
Judicial Experience: Judge Walker was appointed to the bench on April 21, 2006, and elected to a full term in November of 2006. Judge Walker is assigned to he Illinois Appellate Court effective June 15, 2018. His previous judicial assignments in the Circuit Court of Cook County include the Law Division, Juvenile Justice Division, Felony Preliminary Hearings, Criminal Misdemeanors, Domestic Violence, and Traffic Court.
Legal Experience: In private practice, Judge Walker handled personal injury litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, insurance litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, probate, felony criminal defense, and DUIs.
