Judge Donna Cooper

Judge Donna L. Cooper was elected to the bench on November 4, 2008. She initially served in the Traffic Division until assigned to the Juvenile Justice Division in April of 2009. Judge Cooper has presided over the juvenile division courtroom at the 6th District in Markham, IL since July 2011.
